Our Business Referral Process
- For no cost or obligation you register now as a seller.
- We telephone you to answer any questions you may have about what we do.
- If you decide to proceed, we E Mail you our confidentiality agreement.
- Upon receipt of your signed CA, we take a few minutes on the phone with you to determine if your company has the profile our buyer clients seek.
- If your company qualifies, we draft a written “blind profile” of your company. The profile does not reveal your company name or location.
- We also determine, with you, whether an independent appraisal should be done or an official executive summary of your company needs written. BBD does not provide either service.
- We E Mail you the blind profile draft for your review, edit and approval.
- We send your approved blind profile to one or two highly qualified buyers.
- If the buyer(s) likes what they read, we set up an introductory conference call with them for you. If you want the potential buyer(s) to sign a CA, that is done prior to the call.
- If the conference call goes well , you and the buyer proceed with continued mutual evaluation.
- Our referral function is complete.

- Our BUYER PAID “success only” fees range between 1% and 2% of total transaction value – this nominal fee does not encumber the transaction
