  4. When a business for sale comes into us that meets your purchase criteria - we E mail you a "blind summary" of the company for sale.
  5. If you like what you read, you e mail us back with your feedback
  6. We send you our "success only" referral fee agreement for review and signature - you fax or PDF/ E Mail the agreement back to us
  7. We send you the seller representative's contact information
  8. Our referral function is complete
